We've found a usb fix listed earlier in the topic and audio works using voodoo hda 0.2.7.3 off the multibeast lion installer. It seems to always kp on first boot but does ok after that. Also for me there is a hissing noise caused by the input gain being all the way up Edit the info.plist in the voodoohda kext and set the gain to 0, problem solved.
Hi guys, - I used rBoot LE to install OS X 10.7 on my portege R835-P56X. Keyboard didn't work so I used the instructions below to fix that then resumed installation: - Boot with -s - fsck -fy - mount -uw / - vim /System/CoreService/Setup Assistant.app/Contents/Info.plist - delete two lines: + DeviceSection + KeyboardTypeSection - Rebooted after the install and I was able to log in to the desktop but no wifi, no sound, no usb support, so graphic acceleration, no everything except the ethernet worked out of the box.
During all this time I had to use -x switch. I would like to be able to use the wifi, sound, usb, graphic full hd. Where I can find the proper kexts please?
